Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof - Family & Business trip hotel - Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility

Sustainability, environment and health are a major subject at the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof.

Right from the start, all employees are trained for certain measures, such as not printing unnecessarily much, switching off the lights when exit the room or leaving water running for a longer period of time. Waste management is also an omnipresent topic here. Waste separation systems are available both for the hotel itself and in the public guest area.

Also our guests can help us to achieve our goals by not having to change towels and bed lines every day. With every day that you do not have to change your towels, Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof plants a tree. Accor has set itself the goal of planting one million trees and has already proudly achieved this goal.

With heart and passion for our hotel we try to find a good way to give something back to the environment and the community. In order to give a “new” life to unclaimed “Lost & Found” things we have decided to give these found objects to a mother and child house. Our employees also donate with great interest for the good cause and so mothers and children can always be happy about little gifts.

If you have got any ideas or new input for our hotel on the subject of sustainability and environment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always ready to listen to you and try to implement new plans and ideas every day.

Here you get access to the Accor Net Zero Carbon Calculator.
