Our meeting and conference rooms

A very special space for conferences over two levels awaits you at the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. The highlight is the congress hall, offering 528m² for up to 450 people. High-end sound, 4K projection technology, and LED lighting devices create the right atmosphere, lending your congresses and major events an individual, modern flair.

Our premium conference rooms as well as our Executive Boardroom on the first floor offer space, natural light, and a beautiful view into the green courtyard. Three brightly lit rooms that can be individually combined, ideal for small to medium-sized groups, with state-of-the-art presentation and moderating facilities.

Our INSPIRED meeting rooms offer the right atmosphere for training courses or creative events. The concept: Each of our three rooms has its own theme, which is reflected in the furnishings, equipment, and partnerships.

Sustainability, environment and health are a major subject for us at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. We are an official licensee for Green Meetings & Green Events, which enabling us to officially certify every event as a Green Meeting.
